"Fabulous experience. I called right before a holiday and Erika immediately got back to me. In a matter of a few days I had new policies with similar coverages at a lower price. "I canceled an automobile policy 20 days later still no refund that they owe me. You call the office and ask about it and they know nothing. State Farm is a joke.They have outrageous rates double price of other companies.They are doing nothing to help get my refund check except make up excuses.. This office is PATHETIC"
